Susan Guth, LGSW, C-ASWCM, CCM, CLCP

Susan Guth brings to the Medical Legal Services team the crucial skills of medical social work. Her previous experiences are diverse and offer a valuable dimension to the work of the team. She has served as a hospital utilization review and discharge planning specialist as well as a community based case manager. Ms. Guth has a certification in advanced social work case management and is a licensed social worker in Maryland. With a degree in psychology and advanced degree in social work, she has also been trained as an emergency medical technician. Ms. Guth also holds certifications in case management and life care planning. At The Coordinating Center, in addition to life care planning, she has provided care management among children and adults with complex needs. Ms. Guth has presented at several national conferences. She holds memberships in several high level professional organizations.
